By using OwnHaul, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 13 years old to use OwnHaul. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of inventory data, photos, and notes you upload. You grant OwnHaul a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have rights to use.

Optional purchase prices and coverage dates are for your personal records. OwnHaul does not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice. Accuracy of reminders depends on the data you enter.

OwnHaul Pro is a recurring subscription priced at $3.99/month or $29.99/year when billing is enabled for the deployment. Paddle processes payments, renewals, and payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Paddle states otherwise. Paid features are granted only after OwnHaul receives a verified subscription event from Paddle. Permanently deleting your OwnHaul account requests immediate subscription cancellation before account data is removed.

You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of OwnHaul.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from use of OwnHaul will be subject to the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
